WikiCards Support

Help with your collection, a content concern or an image credit.

A card needs attention

Open the card and use its report action. Choose the closest reason: sexual content, graphic violence, another content concern, or an incorrect credit. The report action hides the card on your device immediately. A queued report is sent when a connection to the content service is available.

For a rights or attribution request, email us with the card title or identifier, the source URL and the correction or supporting information. We review concerns and can withdraw affected content.

My collection is missing or will not load

First close and reopen the app. If a saved collection cannot be read, the app preserves it rather than replacing it with an empty collection. Contact us before clearing app data or reinstalling: both can erase a local save. WikiCards does not offer account-based cloud recovery. On iOS, restoration from a device backup depends on your system settings.

The catalogue or an image will not update

New catalogue entries, images and external articles need an internet connection. Try again after checking your connection. Some cards may be unavailable while a report, image or licence is being reviewed. The catalogue includes eligible illustrated articles; it is not a complete copy of Wikipedia.

When do new packs arrive?

Each new UTC day adds two packs, up to five unopened packs. A pack contains five cards with a final Rare-or-better slot. Duplicates can occur. The in-app rarity information explains the draw probabilities.

Privacy and content sources

Read the WikiCards Privacy Policy for local saves, reports and optional usage measurement. Each card provides its article source and image attribution. WikiCards is an independent product and is not affiliated with Wikipedia or the Wikimedia Foundation.
